Job Description

Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources. Learn how to build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates. Manage the process from interview through offer stage. Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates. Learn how to "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation. Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new. Have an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposals. Learn to negotiate commercial terms of business and rates. Participate in a world class training program and become a participating mentee to those above you.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Entry Level Sales Development Representative should have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Internship experience (sales, business development, or recruitment)
