Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HVAC sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth. New business development is always a focus and they are looking for a self starter!
Provide technical support and expertise to clients during the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC space - Required
Experience leading a team or management experience - Required
Valid Drivers License
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to drive in territory - Required

Competitive compensation ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 USD. - First year-18 months is guaranteed base + bonus
