Respond to incoming sales inquiries and proactively follow up with customers
Recommend appropriate equipment solutions based on project requirements
Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with operations for timely delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and new prospects
Collaborate with the outside sales team to maximize market coverage

2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or rental equipment experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Knowledge of construction equipment is a plus, but not required
