Manage and grow existing client accounts through excellent communication and service. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing market. Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services. Provide timely and accurate quotes, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

A successful Inside Sales professional should have:
Enthusiasm for learning about the company's products and services. 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management (industrial or manufacturing environment preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team. Technical aptitude or comfort discussing engineered or industrial products is a plus.
