Leadership & Coaching: Manage and mentor a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and ongoing development to ensure performance goals are met.
Sales Execution: Act as a hands-on contributor by supporting key accounts, assisting with complex quotes, and closing opportunities.
Process Improvements: Identify gaps in sales operations and implement best practices for CRM use, quoting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
KPI & Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor metrics to drive accountability and measure success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Customer Focus: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing escalations and ensuring satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Support development of territory plans, growth strategies, and pricing initiatives to achieve revenue objectives.

5-10 years of experience in inside sales, sales management, or related leadership roles within a manufacturing or components environment.
Proven experience as a player-coach, balancing leadership responsibilities with direct customer engagement.
Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and process optimization.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
