They serve many critical industries, but this role is focused on the Medical Device and Medical Manufacturing sectors. They are well established and respected around the globe, allowing them to combine global resources with specialized engineering to deliver advanced cable solutions for critical applications.
Work with the senior management team to develop and implement the sales and marketing plan. Manage and ensure the Inside Sales Representative team is operating at a world class level. KPIs include customer response time, quote turnaround time, continuous improvement around customer experience (i.e. RFQs, quotes, service, etc.) - management assessment, BRM meetings with all customers. Effectively represent the voice of the customer within the organization. Work with other internal departments to manage customer orders and resolve any issues. Articulate customer needs and requirements within the organization. Drive continuous improvement within the sales administration & operations process. Report on sales metrics and forecasts. You will have your own sales metrics and sales responsibilities as well.
