Start out at individual contributor then eventually lead and manage the inside sales team with a focus on aftermarket consumable product growth. Drive revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives and process optimization. Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. Build, mentor, and oversee inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Develop and execute strategies to grow aftermarket consumable sales and increase repeat business. Identify new market opportunities and support customer acquisition efforts. Monitor team performance using CRM tools and sales metrics. Provide ongoing training and development, especially related to consumable product knowledge. Engage directly with customers to understand needs, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships. Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and customer experience. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and manage pipeline for consumable product lines. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust strategy. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of inside sales or sales leadership experience - selling printer products, 3d printing, or electronic hardware. Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in aftermarket consumables. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Infor, SyteLine). Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and make data-driven decisions (STRONG EXCEL experience required***). Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Experience managing remote or distributed teams (preferred). Fully REMOTE - Ideally East Coast (required for initial 6 months to come in every few weeks for some training in office starting out).
