Drive strategic sales growth across the Northeast territory, with a strong focus on delivering customized HVAC Solutions to industrial and commercial clients. Demonstrate a consistent track record of quota attainment and revenue growth in a sales leadership role within the HVAC or related industries. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on solution-based selling of HVAC Solutions into the industrial market. Leverage deep knowledge of HVAC Solutions to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Oversee and manage full P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth across the region. Recruit, train, and mentor a regional sales team, building out new markets while enhancing existing customer relationships. Develop and execute strategic account plans, targeting key verticals in the industrial space. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product management, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with broader organizational goals. Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure alignment with business objectives. Engage directly with customers to provide technical consultation and promote tailored HVAC Solutions that solve complex industrial challenges. Spearhead go-to-market initiatives for innovative HVAC Solutions tailored to industrial applications. Build strong customer relationships through value-based selling, focusing on long-term partnerships and HVAC Solutions that optimize client operations. Ability to work full time onsite in Wilmington, MA and travel throughout the Northeast territory as needed. Maintain confidential internal strategies for sales structure development, team expansion, and market penetration in the HVAC Solutions sector. Deep understanding of the industrial buying cycle and proven experience navigating complex sales environments. Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and growth initiatives.

Full-time onsite in Wilmington, MA. HVAC industry experience required. Proven sales track record with consistent quota attainment. Experience managing P&L and leading industrial sales teams (REQUIRED). Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.
