Pre-Sales Consultant

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor product demonstrations accordingly.
  • Provide technical expertise and insights during the pre-sales process.
  • Support the creation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Identify and address potential client concerns with effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to building long-term relationships with clients by ensuring a smooth pre-sales experience.

The Successful Applicant:

  • 3-5 years in a presales or solutions consulting space
  • A strong understanding of the HCM space.
  • SHRM or FPC preferred
  • Experience with the following platforms Workday, UKG, SAP, Dayforce or Oracle Fusion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • Experience in delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical insights.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive attitude toward solving client challenges and identifying opportunities.
