Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue targets. Work with existing clients in the Midwest region to renew interest in company products/services. Expand customer base with new business development. Take a highly value-based sales approach. Foster and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
