Job Description

Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on engineered components and custom manufacturing solutions. Drive strategic growth across key verticals including aerospace, medical, automotive, and retail. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners. Collaborate with engineering and operations to align customer needs with technical capabilities. Identify new market opportunities and lead go-to-market initiatives for innovative spring technologies. Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Vulcan Sales Leader should have:

  • Proven track record in industrial or manufacturing sales leadership, ideally in engineered products.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and solution-based selling.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment between sales and operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagement and business development.
