Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand adoption of specialized IP solutions in the US/ West Coast market.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key SOC customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored IP solutions.
Sales Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of sales strategies and initiatives to maximize IP contract revenue and market penetration.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales process from lead generation through deal closure.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market needs and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio and technological advancements to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Travel: Domestic travel across West Coast as required to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in training sessions.
Expectation to complete at least one contract or deal within the first year of employment.

Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Computer or Electrical Engineering ideally), Math / Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of technical sales experience in the semiconductor or AI technology industry, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI technologies and the semiconductor ecosystem is highly desirable.
Customer Management: Proven ability to manage customer relationships and sales processes effectively.

Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
Sales Strategy: Analytical skills to identify market trends, forecast performance, and develop strategic plans.
IP Sales: Experience with IP licensing, contracts, and royalty agreements.

Project Management: Skilled in managing complex sales projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking.

Location - West Coast / REMOTE - AZ, CA, CO, UT, NA, etc.
Competitive salary range of $150-200k depending on experience and location.
