Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base within the precision plating sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with tailored solutions.
Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Meet with customers and develop strong relationships to drive growth through new business development.
Engage directly with customers on business management, problem resolution, and sales strategy topics.
Maintain a professional, committed, and eager-to-learn attitude.
Participate in cross-department training with engineers, estimators, customer service representatives, and other team members during the first few months.
Leverage an understanding of technical engineering concepts to contribute effectively in a highly technical environment.

Bachelor's degree preferred; engineering or technical background a plus.

Manage expenses to optimize territory coverage.
Moderate travel required.

Proficient with general computer applications.
$80,000 - $90,000 base + 5% commission on all base sales.
Uncapped bonus and commission potential!
