The company focuses on developing innovative IP, computer chip, semiconductor and software products designed to enhance edge computing capabilities across various industries such as medical, industrial, electronic, defense, SDR, etc. Their offerings aim to improve efficiency, adaptability, and performance in AI-driven applications.
We are looking for a high-impact Operations & Fulfillment Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain and operations for products and services. This role is the connective tissue between our sales front-end (Salesforce/Shopify) in B2C, direct sales team B2B and our financial core (NetSuite for revenue recognition). You will be responsible for ensuring that every Integrated Circuit (IC) sold is accurately tracked, every board assembly is properly kitted, and every invoice is flawlessly reconciled within our ERP for both products and services. Proper workflows may need to be created, as a startup we are. Working with the VP of Customer Engagement, you will manage the day-to-day procurement and schedules, ensure actions are tracked, delivered and milestones are met. With sales operations you will help with operations reports and lead development or processes and workflow, integrating several systems and processes together.
Key Responsibilities
Order-to-Cash Management: Oversee the full O2C cycle within NetSuite, ensuring that orders flowing from Shopify and Salesforce trigger the correct revenue recognition and accounts receivable entries.
