Job Description
New Business Acquisition
- Identify and secure new business with OEMs and Tier 1 manufacturers.
- Develop and execute strategies to break into new U.S. markets, starting in Chicago.
- Partner with global operations teams to align customer needs with manufacturing capabilities.
Account & Relationship Management
- Serve as a technical sales consultant to engineering, procurement, and manufacturing stakeholders.
- Nurture provided international relationships and convert them into sustained U.S. business.
- Build long-term customer partnerships to support recurring revenue growth.
Product Expertise
- Effectively sell and present high-performance fastening and spring solutions, including:
- Studs
- Anchor Bolts
- Cross Bolts
- Hex Nuts
- Disc Springs
- Strip Springs
- Coil Springs
- Spiral Springs
Sales Execution
- Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, RFQs, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams across quality, engineering, and operations.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Technical Sales.
- 5+ years selling fasteners or spring-related products (preferred).
- Experience selling to Tier 1 suppliers or equivalent industrial customers.
- Mechanical Engineering degree required.
- Proven track record of opening new accounts and driving growth.
- Ability to work autonomously and travel as needed.

- Base Salary: $160,000-$180,000
