We're hiring a Sales Representative to join our high-performing team focused on client acquisition and relationship management. You'll identify new business opportunities, pitch recruitment solutions, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or professional services. They are confident communicators, skilled negotiators, and thrive in competitive environments. A self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for building relationships will excel in this role. Prior experience in recruitment or staffing is a plus but not required.
