Meet with customers and develop strong relationships to drive growth through new business development. Engage directly with customers on business management, problem resolution, and sales strategy topics. Maintain a professional, committed, and eager-to-learn attitude. Participate in cross-department training with engineers, estimators, customer service representatives, and other team members during the first few months. Leverage an understanding of technical engineering concepts to contribute effectively in a highly technical environment.
