Sales Admin & Support Role

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling: Connect with potential clients using our in-house database.
• Performance Monitoring: Track call statistics and analyze data to boost results.
• Meet Targets: Achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations to ensure all referrals are managed efficiently.
• Build Relationships: Create rapport and trust with prospective customers.
• Feedback and Ideas: Provide insights on marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Essential Skills Required

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in high-level telemarketing, sales support, or appointment setting in a commercial environment
• You must take initiative: Be self-motivated, confident, and have a proactive attitude.
• You'll need to have discretion: Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Be great at time management: Proven ability to meet deadlines and daily KPIs.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: Work from our office, surrounded by a supportive team.
