Job Description

Identify and engage prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding sales performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales/Business Development Representative should have: a strong interest in sales and business development. Exposure prospecting and closing business is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively. A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software. A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently as needed.
