The role involves identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment, managing the process from initial interview stages through offer stage and close of the sale, advising and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database, assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment, negotiating commercial terms of business and rates, and networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
The successful applicant will have at least 5+ years experience in sales or business development related role, experience with outreach/cold calling, negotiation, and closing deals, a consultative approach and ability to handle objections, motivation by career growth, professional development, and financial gains, ability to actively listen and consult with both candidates and prospective clients, and ability to work independently and with a team.
