Serve as the primary technical and sales contact for customers. Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to develop tailored solutions. Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in existing and potential accounts. Provide feedback for product design, development, and enhancements. Monitor competitive threats and market opportunities through analysis. Manage customer issues (warranty, quality, field returns) proactively.
The successful applicant will have 10+ years in sales development, preferably with technical/engineered products. Strong technical acumen, ability to interpret customer requirements and coordinate solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Salary: $130K-$140K/year (remote). Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
