Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams involving technical, supply chain, or account management. High sense of accountability, urgency, and ownership regarding outcomes. Comfortable making decisions that may involve trade-offs or be unpopular, always grounded in business needs.

$130,000 - $140,000 base + 30% bonus target. Health, vision, dental insurance plans. 401K with employer match. Employee Stock Ownership Program.
