What Are The General Aspects Of This Position?

This position reports to a Regional Sales Manager and is in the business line of B2B On products that are on track, i.e., for Long Distance Trucks.

It is based in Monterrey and requires approx. 60% travel outside the state of Nuevo Le贸n.

What Will Be Your Mission?

Positioning and developing our product portfolio through demonstrations or use cases that demonstrate the value of our product to our customers or potential customers by understanding their needs.

What Will Your Day To Day Be Like?

  • Analyze the territory in your charge to create commercial strategies that allow you to satisfy your customers and in line with the commercial strategy of Michelin.
  • Develop new customers by following trends, conducting research, identifying opportunities, cold calling, and setting up appointments.
  • Influence diverse partnerships to achieve multiple objectives.
  • Collaborate on sales strategy and planning, to ensure the accuracy of forecasts, maximize opportunities, and develop plans to meet company goals.
  • Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of customers, markets, products, and services.
  • Among others.

What Do You Need To Contribute Successfully To Our Purpose?

  • Academic background with a bachelor's degree or completed engineering.
  • Conversational English.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial positions.
  • Competencies:
    • Account Management: Build long-term relationships based on value with large accounts, penetrate them for future business, and maximize the revenue they generate while reducing the time and costs in their administration.
    • Sales Process: Understand and apply the organizational sales process effectively.
    • Decision Making: Use critical thinking, good business sense, and organizational values to make decisions that involve various levels of risk and ambiguity.
    • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with others to achieve the organization's goals, within and outside one's area.
    • Problem Solving: Identify problems to find solutions.
