Account Development Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to become part of a new delivery partner program. You will work collaboratively with a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit potential businesses, pitch the program, qualify prospects, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. This position requires travel up to two hours driving distance and offers the chance to earn commission for each partner converted.

Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective businesses in targeted towns up to a two-hour driving distance.
• Present and pitch the program opportunity to potential businesses to generate interest and applications.
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events, such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
• Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to maintain records.

Essential Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Proficiency in account management, outside sales, and business development.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Field sales experience is highly preferred.

• Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for field applicants.
• Tech-savvy with experience in working with multiple systems and technologies.
• Ability to travel up to four hours round-trip daily.

Work Environment:

• The role requires being on the road 4-5 days a week, with the remainder of the time working from home.
• Uncapped commission. Up to $350 per partner converted.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
