We are looking for a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships, close sales, and contribute to our mission of providing excellent insurance solutions to our clients. Compensation includes a base plus commission tier structure. We offer a unique work environment with flexibility, access to multiple carriers in both commercial and personal lines, and little to no internal competition. Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements - Active insurance license with some sales experience (insurance or other industries) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer software - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and independently - Team player with a self-starter mindset and goal-oriented attitude - Strong professional phone and office etiquette
