The Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. We are looking to hire a Business Manager - Americas Sales Enablement & Operations, who will partner closely with the Americas SE&O Chief of Staff to lead, manage, and develop the following strategic enterprise business management directives: budget management, compliance management and enforcement practices, headcount planning and management, project portfolio management and delivery. This team brings the WW strategy to life and drives operational excellence for the Americas Field with Product, Program, Segment and Datacenter Go To Market Managers and Technical Specialists. You will collaborate across teams to maintain left-to-right visibility, understand priorities, drive optimization, and align on expected value and outcomes.
To be successful, you will have the ability to work collaboratively and interface with internal stakeholders. You will also be building productive working relationships and accommodate the work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. It will be important in this role to be able to take feedback and adapt to constantly changing environments, in addition to proactively sharing ideas that advance the business.
