Within the Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O), the Office of the COO team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Americas Strategy into a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact on a scale.
We are looking to hire a Business Manager, reporting to the Americas COO Chief of Staff, to lead, manage, and develop the following strategic enterprise business management directives: budget management, compliance management and enforcement practices, headcount planning and management, project portfolio management and delivery. You will collaborate across teams to maintain left-to-right visibility, understand priorities, drive optimization, and align on expected value and outcomes.
In this role, you will work collaboratively and interface with internal stakeholders to build productive working relationships and accommodate the work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. It will be important to be able to take feedback and adapt to constantly changing environments, in addition to proactively sharing ideas that advance the business.
