Sales Skilling Strategy Managers are strategic account managers, bridging business strategy and sales skilling execution to drive end-to-end learning strategies that accelerate business outcomes. As trusted advisors, Sales Skilling Managers (SSMs) ensure every initiative supports strategic objectives—enabling Microsoft to lead as the most competent sales organization globally.
You will ensure key Sales Skilling programs such as Skilling plans, Agent J.ai, and Skills Challenge are socialized and approved by HR Leads/Works Council. You will establish and drive a Rhythm of Business (ROB) that ensures cross-team engagement and quarterly skilling plan motions. They serve as the strategic backbone of MCAPS’s skilling ecosystem, ensuring every investment advances the world’s most capable and technically skilled salesforce.
