The Worldwide Public Sector Industry Solutions Sales Lead is a pivotal role within Microsoft’s Industry Sales organization, responsible for driving alignment, consistency, and impact across industry verticals. The Solution Sales Lead partners closely with Regional Business Leaders and Industry Advisors, field teams, engineering, marketing, and partners to curate, activate, and scale industry solutions that accelerate customer digital transformation and cloud adoption. This role requires deep industry expertise, a proven track record in solution selling, and the ability to orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives. The SSE Leader is recognized as a thought leader, coach, and trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders, opening doors to executive engagements and shaping Microsoft’s industry narrative.
