We are looking for an energetic and strategic Construction Services Sales Manager to join Texas team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our customer relationships and driving our business forward. In this senior-level role, you will leverage your expertise in local dry bulk movements and materials within the Construction Services sector to lead our sales efforts, expand our customer base, and enhance both client satisfaction and business growth. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand service utilization and generate additional revenue, contributing to overall business growth.
- Analyze client usage patterns and identify opportunities for upselling additional services and solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
- Track and report on upselling efforts and revenue growth, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Requirements
- Work Requirements: 70% local travel / 30% office
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of 8+ years of customer service or outside sales experience preferred, particularly in aggregate sales, heavy equipment, trucking, or project management (road building, paving, bridge construction)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a small team
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen sense of accuracy and process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Business
- Ability to understand and apply sales principles, customer service practices, and basic credit concepts
