Wayzata, MN (Hybrid - local candidates preferred) Full-Time

Build the team that builds the field. We're looking for a Manager, Global Sales Training who can turn strategy into action-someone who knows how to take complex products, clinical insights, and commercial goals and translate them into training that actually sticks. This is not a sit-back-and-maintain role. You'll be at the center of how our global Sales and Service teams show up in the field-how they speak, how they sell, and how quickly they become effective. If you've ever looked at a training program and thought, "this could be way better," this is your chance to fix it.

This role is remote-friendly, but we strongly prefer candidates based near Minneapolis / Wayzata, MN who can come into the office occasionally for collaboration, planning, and key sessions.

What You'll Own

You'll take the lead on building and delivering training that drives real field performance-not just completion rates.

  • Sales & Service Training: Design and deliver global training programs across product, clinical, and selling practices
  • Turn messaging, positioning, and launch materials into training people actually understand and use
  • Support global product launches with structured, high-impact training plans
  • Simplify complex clinical and technical content into clear, usable field guidance
  • Onboarding & Readiness: Build structured onboarding programs with clear 30/60/90-day milestones
  • Own certification programs that ensure teams are truly ready-not just "trained"
  • Align training paths with real-world role expectations across regions
  • Content & Tools: Manage and evolve training content in the LMS
  • Keep materials current, relevant, and actually useful
  • Train teams on tools and systems that support customer engagement and issue resolution
  • Ensure alignment with CRM workflows and commercial processes
  • Measurement & Improvement: Track training completion, certification, and onboarding progress
  • Identify gaps through real feedback from the field and stakeholders
  • Monitor effectiveness (time to competency, adoption, engagement)
  • Continuously improve how training is delivered and retained
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Partner closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Operations
  • Support rollout of messaging, tools, and go-to-market strategies
  • Adapt global programs for regional needs without losing consistency
  • Play a key role in improving field readiness and speed to productivity
