POSITION DETAILS:
The IV Account Liaison serves as both a clinical expert and relationship builder, bridging the gap between Pediatric Home Service (PHS) and referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in the Rochester/Mayo area. This unique role blends high-quality patient care with strategic business development, ensuring smooth communication, excellent service delivery, and positive outcomes for patients receiving home infusion therapy. You will assess and care for patients, educate families and caregivers, and serve as the primary point of contact for providers and facilities. Success in this role means thriving in both the patient's home and the healthcare marketplace building trust, resolving issues, and fostering growth opportunities for our services.
Relationship Management & Business Growth:
Maintain strong, positive relationships with hospital and clinic referral sources; act as the face of PHS in the community. Collaborate with market outreach teams to execute strategic growth plans within assigned facilities. Seek and develop new marketing opportunities for infusion and medical supply services. Identify and resolve potential issues between PHS and referral sources quickly and professionally.
Clinical Care & Patient Education:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients receiving home IV therapy, including assessment, care planning, and ongoing monitoring. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safe administration of IV therapy in the home setting. Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and shared appropriately with the care team. Stay current with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for infusion therapy.
Coordination & Liaison Duties:
Serve as the primary point of contact between PHS and healthcare professionals for patient documentation, communication, and service coordination. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, supply delivery, and follow-up care. Promote cross-department collaboration to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

SALARY RANGE: At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The starting rate for this role is 72,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, this role includes monthly commission opportunities and performance-based bonus potential, providing the chance to further increase earnings while making a meaningful impact.
