The Senior Sales Strategy Manager will lead the Watchman Strategy Sales Operations team within a dynamic, high-impact environment. This role is central to driving field sales effectiveness through the development and execution of strategic initiatives grounded in data-driven insights. By combining strong commercial acumen with advanced analytics, this leader will partner across the organization to influence decisions, optimize performance, and guide the evolution of future sales strategies.

Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading high-performing teams aligned around shared goals, tools, and processes
- Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and continuous process improvement
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of management and functions
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable strategies
- Highly proficient in developing executive-level presentations and communicating insights to senior leadership
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manage, manipulate, and analyze large data sets efficiently
- Motivated, results-oriented leader with a proactive mindset and a passion for excellence
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in business, analytics, or related field
- Experience in the medical device industry, preferably within commercial or sales operations
- Background in sales operations, finance, marketing, IT, or commercial strategy
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Tableau, and other business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools
- Understanding of CRM systems, commercial data flows, and sales enablement technologies
