Responsibilities
The sales trainer will support the Hospital Division with additional support for commercial and international sales team.
Responsible for developing and deploying sales training through various methods utilizing a strong understanding of adult learning styles and current sales methodologies and market dynamics. Travels regularly with sales team members to assess and enhance capability and effectiveness of assigned sales division.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship/we will not sponsor or transfer a visa for this position. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F1 STEM OPT extension program.

Qualifications
Bachelor's and four years of sales experience or sales training.
