Sales/Recruiting We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales/Recruiting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to engaging with customers, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Sales/Recruiting Day Duties:
- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in selling to corporations, and government agencies, and attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talents to meet our organization's needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Drive recruitment initiatives to meet hiring goals.
- Utilize sales and lead generation techniques to attract top talent.
Educational/Skill Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required, with at least 1-2 years of prior sales/recruiting experience. Candidates with previous experience in sales, recruiting, or administrative roles tend to do well.
