We are seeking a strategic and high-performing Director of Sales to lead our U.S. Public Sector sales team. In this leadership role, you will drive sales performance, team momentum, and growth across the state, local, and education (SLED) vertical. You will mentor and guide account executives, helping them deliver impactful solutions to public sector organizations while ensuring alignment with Siteimprove's mission and business goals. This role also partners closely with the Vice President of Public Sector Sales to oversee sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting for the U.S. market. By providing strategic leadership, coaching, and operational oversight, you will enable the team to maximize revenue, demonstrate measurable outcomes for public sector customers, and contribute to Siteimprove's overall U.S. growth strategy. Additional Compensation: Eligible for annual MBO plan, subject to the terms of the applicable plan. At Siteimprove, we typically offer salaries that fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
