Work to increase sales to new and current customers in rental, construction, landscaping, and agriculture industries. Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision makers. Collaborate with resellers to ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare and review sales data and contribute to sales forecasting. Drive revenue growth and market share improvement through proactive action plans. Respond to customer orders and troubleshoot any issues to resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations. Utilize and provide constructive feedback regarding sales administration processes and tools to improve customer satisfaction and sales productivity. Escalate and work with cross-functional stakeholders for complex issue resolution and product or process improvement.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Experience Required: 2-5 years Travel Required: <20% Dedication to excellent customer service. Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide quick turnaround response to customers Demonstrated ability to challenge and improve upon existing processes Takes initiative and brings strong follow-up skills Shows good time management, project planning and project management skills in order to meet deadlines. Demonstrates effective communication and presentation skills Knowledge of construction equipment and industry. Demonstrates ability to be self-motivated, detail-oriented and well organized Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with success in maintaining and organizing data.
