We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing software sales team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing leads through outbound and inbound sales efforts. The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating revenue by nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and converting leads into customers. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Minimum of 3 years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS or technology. Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 1 year of experience making cold reach-outs and handling objections. Minimum of 1 year of experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) along with the ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
