Associate Strategic Sales Specialist

The Associate Strategic Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of sales strategy support necessary to promote client growth and retention through systematic tracking, comprehensive analytics, and competitive intelligence. Serves as a partner to sales, marketing, account management, product development, and key stakeholders enterprise wide. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely information in the CRM System on current, future, and closed opportunities. Leveraging CRM to develop visuals in support of tracking sales goals and execution. Partners with the sales team throughout the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to provide insights and recommendations that can be leveraged during the sales process. Conducts background research on prospects. Provides competitive tracking insight on opportunities.

Qualifications: High school diploma required. Bachelor degree preferred. 3+ years of sales support in a health insurance or PBM experience required. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system experience required (in a sales capacity). Excel experience required, must understand how to run queries, vlookups, and pivot tables. Ad Hoc reporting experience. Supporting multiple departments during the sales process, sales, marketing, finance, PM, legal.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
