Ticket Sales And Operations Specialist

UMD Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking an individual to serve in the position of Ticket Sales And Operations Specialist. This is a casual position of up to 14 hours per week on an as needed basis. The hourly wage is $23.00.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ticket office operational support - 100%
  • Works collaboratively with the ticket manager on renewals, sales & reseating for season tickets and single game & group ticket sales
  • Assist with creation of season plans, mini plans, single games & promotional codes in Ticketmaster
  • Assist with training & guidance of ticket staff

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and five years of related experience to include project management. Coursework in a related field may substitute for some years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Documented experience working in an Athletics department.
• Documented experience working with ticketing systems and finances associated with an Athletics department.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience. Retirement plan options are available for Civil Service, Faculty, Labor-Represented, Professional & Administrative, and Temp Casual classifications.
