The Business Development Executive, Intrafusion Sales (East Region) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the assigned East Region for Intrafusion solutions. This role focuses on expanding the adoption of our infusion services among specialty practices and healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirement:
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Critical Skills:
Minimum of 5-7 years of successful business development or sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong preference for specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and executive-level stakeholders. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue complex sales opportunities. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required. Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape, healthcare reimbursement models, and infusion center operations is highly desirable.
Education:
4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Travel:
Ability to travel about 60%.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position: $154,400 - $257,400 Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.
