What You Will Do:

• Find and close new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring clarity and mutual success.
• Plan and coordinate event or group bookings, including space setup, timing, equipment, menus, and billing.
• Create and track monthly SMART goals aligning with hotel revenue targets.
• Manage existing relationships ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals.
• Maintain organized, accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI/TY.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1–2 years in hotel sales, events, or marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Delphi, CI/TY, or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
