- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or Corporate Strategy, particularly in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven track record in building and executing successful sales training programs that lead to measurable improvements in sales processes and practices is essential.
- Strong project management skills are necessary, with the ability to find solutions and follow through to successful conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for crafting persuasive arguments and delivering effective training sessions.
