✨ About The Role

- The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will design and contribute to the global Sales Enablement program, focusing on sales arguments, strategies, and training sessions. - This role involves delivering the Sales Enablement program to North American stakeholders, ensuring quality assurance and consistency in communications. - Conducting training and facilitating learning sessions for frontline sales representatives is a key responsibility. - The manager will act as the primary stakeholder for all sales materials delivered to the North America Sales and post-sales teams, enhancing productivity and operational excellence. - Tailoring the global sales and positioning narrative for the Sales organization will be necessary, along with determining content and training requirements. - Collaboration with Product Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams is essential to ensure high-quality outputs across the sales enablement process. - The role includes owning and executing a holistic go-to-market project and communications calendar, aligning strategic initiatives across various functional stakeholders.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or Corporate Strategy, particularly in a SaaS or B2B environment. - Proven track record in building and executing successful sales training programs that lead to measurable improvements in sales processes and practices is essential. - Strong project management skills are necessary, with the ability to find solutions and follow through to successful conclusions. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for crafting persuasive arguments and delivering effective training sessions. - A customer-focused mindset and a strong work ethic, with a desire to excel and exceed expectations, will contribute to success in this role. - The candidate should be independent and entrepreneurial, capable of working with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment. - A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
