Senior Sales Territory Manager

In your role as Senior Sales Territory Manager (m/w/d) you will play a key role in the sales of our innovative laser measurement technology solutions. You will support existing customers, acquire new business partners, and present our products directly at the laser systems on site. You will act as a technical contact and strategic catalyst for our customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Active sales of our products in the assigned sales territory (Region: Netherlands, Belgium, Northwest Germany)
  • Support and development of existing customer relationships as well as targeted new business acquisition
  • Conduct product demonstrations (beam profile analyzers and power meters) directly at the laser systems of our customers
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with OEM customers
  • Interface function to our CRM and ERP systems
  • Participate in budget planning
  • Responsibility for achieving defined sales targets

Your skills and competencies:

  • Completed university degree (Master's or diploma) in a scientific or technical field, preferably physics or engineering
  • Professional experience in the sales of laser or measurement technology
  • Very good English skills in speech and writing
  • Strong sales skills and experience in customer relationship management
  • Independent and structured working style as well as high motivation
  • Ability to plan ahead and consistently implement plans
  • The position requires regular travel of about 40–50%
