We have an immediate opening for UK Sales Director, based in the MMGY EMEA headquarters, London.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry and knows how to inspire and lead high-performing sales teams.

What You'll Do

  • Drive commercial growth for TravelDesk across the UK & EMEA.
  • Leverage your industry expertise and network to raise awareness of TravelDesk and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead and develop the UK programmatic sales team, setting clear, measurable goals.
  • Present TravelDesk's solutions to clients and agencies across the UK & Ireland.
  • Build and close new direct client and agency partnerships, generating long-term relationships.
  • Create proactive proposals and manage a strong pipeline aligned to our growth strategy.
  • Provide strategic input on RFPs, RFQs, and pitches.
  • Advise clients on programmatic strategy, driving multichannel and multi-market activations.
  • Accurately forecast, manage pipeline opportunities, and advance ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborate with MMGY and TravelDesk's account, media, and ad operations teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Clearly articulate the value of TravelDesk's offerings compared to competitors.

What We're Looking For

  • Programmatic advertising sales within travel and tourism (airline and hotel sector preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing accounts.
  • Strong network of contacts across travel, tourism, and advertising.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing programmatic sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic technologies, structures, and vendor partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing independent and team-based work.
  • A self-starter mindset, with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial drive.
