✨ About The Role

- Responsible for acquiring new customers in the Indian market through various channels such as customer meetings, industry events, calling, email, and digital channels - Lead the sales cycle from start to finish, building a strong direct sales funnel to establish MODIFI as a leader in Trade Finance for SMEs in India - Collaborate with global Sales & Business development teams to explore cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth - Partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Risk to find solutions and close deals - Act as the voice of the customer, engaging with Product teams to drive product localization and improvements

- Experienced in business development and sales, particularly in the FinTech industry, with a track record of acquiring new customers and exceeding targets - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solutions and close deals - Results-oriented individual who thrives on challenges and is passionate about shaping the future of global commerce - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and drive product improvements based on customer feedback - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing towards company goals in a performance-driven culture
