Account Executive - Farming (Existing Clients)

Your Role

You will grow and nurture a portfolio of Mid & Enterprise clients, identify new opportunities to expand their success. Working closely with Account Managers and New Business AEs, you'll be the trusted partner clients rely on.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing upsell opportunities, that drive revenue growth / NRR.
  • Actively hunt for new upsell opportunities through cold calling, outbound prospecting, and networking.
  • Develop relationship with Modjo customers, including C-level executives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and usage.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Modjo teams to identify opportunities, align strategies, and deliver maximum value to clients.
  • Maintain a disciplined, data-driven pipeline with accurate forecasting and deal execution.

To Succeed In This Role

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience (sales closing/farming experience preferred) in a fast-paced environment, including min 2+ years in B2B SaaS.

Results-oriented mindset: Consistently achieving and exceeding targets.

Strong proactivity/hunter mindset/entrepreneurial spirit/enthusiastic: you will join a startup and open new companies and markets.

Organized and meticulous: You maintain a clear and structured pipeline.

Excellent communicator: You balance professionalism and approachability, building strong relationships with clients and ability to communicate with C-levels.

Data-driven: You leverage data to inform decision-making and showcase ROI to prospects.

Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

A collaborative spirit coupled with the ability to thrive independently in a high-growth startup.
