Developing innovative strategies and effective plans to recruit and manage a reliable network of used car dealers.
Ensuring that each transaction process runs smoothly and in accordance with established company procedures.
Conducting in-depth analysis of business competitors and actively seeking new business partners to improve product sales.
Committing to meeting weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets with optimal results.
Requirements
Minimum education level of Diploma open to all majors.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
Mandatory experience in sales in a multifinance or leasing company.
Preferred to have a network or contacts of used car dealers and sales officers working in the multifinance field.
Possessing strong leadership and excellent communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends.
Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
