Job Opportunity

Responsibilities:

Developing innovative strategies and effective plans to recruit and manage a reliable network of used car dealerships.

Ensuring that each transaction process runs smoothly and in accordance with established company procedures.

Conducting in-depth analysis of business competitors and actively seeking new business partners to enhance product sales.

Committing to meeting weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets with optimal results.

Requirements:

Minimum education level of Diploma, open to all majors.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.

Mandatory experience in sales within a multifinance or leasing company.

Preferred to have a network of used car dealers or sales officers working in the multifinance field.

Possessing strong leadership and excellent communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities to analyze sales data and market trends.

Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
