As a Sales Intern - Non Alcohol Analyst and Sales Support, you will be part of the Canada Commercial Team within our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors' undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. The internship is a full-time summer position from May 4 - August 7 (Canada interns) and May 27 - August 7 (U.S. interns).
Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.
You will gain hands-on experience and work closely with the Non-Alcohol Key Account Team to assist us in building out the framework for our innovation within the Non-Alcoholic beverage categories.
What You'll Be Brewing:
- Help create reporting tools for AC Nielsen that will allow the team visibility of sales trends
- Creating a playbook of our listings and the competitive set. Examples of this include pricing, promotion, placement and product for our Non-Alcohol Emerging Growth categories
- Assist Key Account Managers as needed with customer presentations, analysis and ad hoc projects
- Problem Solving, Identify and provide solutions to problems based on best practices
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Reporting of pre and post promotions to ensure brilliant execution. Communicate findings regarding accounts, industry trends, potential business opportunities to the Sales team
- Develop expertise on the Canadian retail landscape and the various channels important to Non-Alcohol
- Build Relationships within many different areas of the business such as sales, marketing, and finance

Key Ingredients:
- You are a third or fourth year pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or relevant fields
- You have an innate ability to build empathy with consumers, in particular millennials and diverse consumers.
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
- You take accountability for results β acting with integrity and honoring commitments
- You have a thirst for learning β you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
- You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends and light travel
- You have a valid driver's license with no limitations/restrictions. You will be required to provide a recent copy of a Driver's Abstract
- You are self-motivated with a magnetic personality; you project a positive, team-first and professional corporate image, and demonstrate strong problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- You have past work experience in sales, promotions, marketing and/or customer service fields
- Solid Microsoft Proficiency β PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Calendar Management
- Social Media comprehension
- You have (or can get) your Smart Serve Certificate (or provincial equivalent)
- You are a resident of (or familiar with) assigned territory
